Sovarinthy could maybe use a new Kailasa

I'd be interested, though there's a catch... There's a small but definite possibility that I will drop off at some point, so if you've got somebody else interested in taking over, by all means they should get the nation.

If not, I think it's worth a try... I should be able to stay in the game, and I suppose it is better to take a chance on me (gonna do my very best, baby can't you see... wait) than to set the nation to AI prematurely.

I've never played with Kailasa, and I'm not exactly the sharpest player in the world, so I'm not going to unbalance the game either... and it should be pretty interesting
