Rollo, you left out something. Namely damage and range.
A PPB V does 60...50 out to range 6.
A APB V does 35...20 out to range 6
A APB VI does 40..25 out to range 6.
They may cost less, but the effectiveness drops quite a bit as well. Especially if shields are in play..
