Keep in mind that one player going absent can kill a game like that. Its a good thing to always also include a time-out even if its way ahead of anything you think will ever occur.
Altho its worth mentioning also that this is one of the few things about a game that can be changed after a game has started. Many games change their time-out periods. They might start with a 24 hour one then as the game gets farther along they might decide that the turn managment deserves to go 48 hours or 72 hours.
