1- Dom 9 always gives Awe +0, therefore your PoD has both Fear +15 and Awe, a very potent combination. I'm not sure how the mechanics work in a match against something else with Awe.

The big advantage of fear+awe is that fear has a chance to lowers the morale of people around you, making your Awe more effective.
The combination becomes especially pronounced when facing off with other hard to kill Thugs/SCs or when you have many units with fear, like Demon Knights.
