One other point.

From reading through this it would appear that there is some confusion as to what the radio codes actually mean.

Case in point is this

184 – Su-25T
FC=20 (automatic aiming complex with tv-observer with operating TsSV)
Armour=20(2) - by experience of Afghanistan war pipelines, draughts of management were strengthened, new anti-fire system was mounted, +new. armored screens.
EW=7 (+ added ir-trapes station, wide-ranged station “Gardeniya” and perhaps “Omul’”)
Radio=91 or 92 (build small quantity, fighting in Chechnya)

This is what the radio code means and it's copied directly from MOBHack Help

0 is normal chance of picking, 1 is rare (AI will tent to skip over this unit), 2 is common (AI will tend to stick on this unit as it runs through the list upwards).

So that last line in the first quote is telling me "Make them very rare or very common " which makes no sense at all. Given the "build small quantity, fighting in Chechnya" info they should be 91 radio code.
