No. I assume you thought they could fly during a storm?

You where spot on with the early assault, you really SHOULD have won at least 1 of those 3 battles at my capital, very, very unlucky not too. If you had taken my capital, you would have won the war, no question of that.
I have sent you a truce offer, think it over. I am not suggesting you attack tir na nog (I don't think the vanir and tir are related btw in dominions mythology but I could be wrong) and certainly not our Ma Atlantian friends. Simply, sign a peace treaty and develop your nation peacefully and see what happens. You can blood hunt, forge earth stones and even strike any nation in the world if you think about it very carefully. Peace would be good for the Vanir and you might eventually get another chance at world dominion.

Well to be honest I can. A nation that can't defeat Machaka has problems. I wasn't kidding when I said Machaka was a very, very weak nation. The problem with Ma van is its units flatter to deceive, the skinshifters for example, great for expanding against indies but against a nation with a few levels of evocation magic? Essentally a waste of gold, just a few blockers in there way to hold them and fire clouds, bladewind and even magma bolts makes short work of them. There are loads of other evocations as well which will seriously spoil there day, they are really a 'poor mans' jaguar warrior but not sacred.
