Plague bug in Gold?
Situation. Homeworld affected by level 1 plague (random event). Manually loading cargo cannot happen (says planet is under quarenteen) but you can still hit the 'auto-colonize' button to direct a colony ship to go somewhere and set up a colony. The new colony is NOT affected by the plague.
Is this a bug (IMO if you can't load pop one way you should not have a way around it).
