Default Stacked Domes

The Bug Shortlist still shows:

Quote:
SPELL Domes Domes of the same type stack, making it possible to erect any number of domes of the same type simultaneously. All domes must be broken during the same turn or none of them will go down, which means that layered air domes make a province virtually immune to any overland spells if stacked five times or more. Other domes have the same problem, just not 80% stopping power.
This is no longer true. It was fixed in one of the recent patches, but not updated in the shortlist.

You can still stack domes of the same type, but if you do, a spell targeted at the domed province does not need to break all domes of that type simultaneously in order to get through. For each dome type, it only checks once. For example, if there are 2 Air Domes up, and Raging Hearts is cast on the domed province, and it gets through a single Air Dome, then that Air Dome will be broken, Raging Hearts will affect the province, and there will be one Air Dome left.

I've attached a savegame demonstrating this.

Micah already reported this new behavior:

And it was beaten to death a bit more here:

But there seems to be some confusion about the status of this "exploit":

Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever.
