Can I please request a 4 hour delay. Have a busy afternoon ahead, so probably won't have chance to arrange my turn until late this evening. And if the delay could be checked as having actually taken affect, then that would be cool as well

Let the status page be the admin's friend on this, for it knows all and is in ultimate control of the game. And sometimes it's lofty status causes it to ignore the messages thrown out, or towards it, by the admin controls.
