The reason skavens don't play well with the single age mod is that SA uses nation slots normally used by mod nations iirc. There's no reason single age mods should use extra nation slots at all. All they should be doing is changing the era of various nations.

I can't comment on that particular mod, because I've never looked in the dm.

But it should be trivial to get skaven to work with the mod.
