preaching and turn order.

since it rather matters for my immortals, i did some testing to isolate preaching in the turn resolution sequence.
My tests indicate that preaching happens before magic battles in the turn sequence, which is earlier than i expected it to be, and a useful thing to know. I have yet to isolate it any more than that, but there isn't much need except for a few odd corner cases.
i'd guess phase 5, but it'd be quite hard to tell really.
the normal forms of dom spread still seem to happen in step 24, only preaching seems to be early.

Short: preaching happens before magic battles, other dom spread is still in step 24 (late). keep your immortals safe
