very minor bug in LC with exp of destroyed units

I just ran the same test three times and each time it came out basically the same. I arranged for a unit that had 82 Experience and 90 Morale in a German LC to be destroyed and I ended and saved the game

I then three times fixed the unit restarting the game each time then three times changed the unit restarting the game each time and recording the results

When the unit was fixed the Experience dropped to between 72 and 76 and morale dropped to a range of 74 to 76

When the unit was changed the Experience dropped to 77 in all three cases but Morale dropped to a range of 57-61

Therefore fixing a destroyed unit is a better option in this case than starting fresh with a new one as the morale of the new unit is much lower than the fixed one. There is no "bug".
