Suggestions for Llamaserver RAND games
I have suggested that llamabeast give game creators the option of hiding certain information from the players to make it harder to tell who people are in RAND games. If you have suggestions on what should be hidden, please post them here.
My suggestions -
1) The admin log. The admin log is one of the easiest ways to tell who people are. If you know someone is going on vacation, for example, and a nation has its email address changed, that strongly points toward that particular player being the owner of said nation.
2) Staling data. Again, if you know someone isn't around you can cross check with the staling data, and possibly figure out who is playing the nation. I would instead show the players a page that says how many people have staled, and tells you if anyone has staled multiple times in a row, and if so, how many times they've done so. That would be enough that the players can tell the admin (who should probably not be playing) when a person is staling a lot and facillitate sub-hunting, without giving the players information that might give them ideas. The admin would have to have access to the current version of the page still.
