Has a fire hex ever killed anything?

Just curious, have you guys ever experienced a fire hex kill or wound anything?

I mean the actual hex and not the cause of the fire e.g. shellfire.

Personally I have only seen suppression and or route/retreat, maybe I'm not paying attention

. I know the game guide says fire kills. What I'm wondering is how often incidental combustion casualties really occur.
