Weapons Systems Contracting Who,What, When and How Much.
All,
This is just a one time post for me here. Came across this while looking into an APC (AVS-S). Using some of this for equipment verification purposes where this info is sketchy on other sites in regards to who has what and when it was bought. Others might find different uses for this.
