Artillery observer selection issue

Started with a fresh scenario to find out how I got there (I actually spend a long time getting out of it when I first bumped into it!).

From a fresh scenario select B0, press H, exit screen, press B and the observer selection jumps from BO to A0. Does that every time I try it.
The order in which you do this is important! If you first press H and the select BO etc it won't happen.

Same thing happened when I tried that sequence in other scenario's (including some that came with previous patches).
