Russian OOB -- weapon 118 and 229 for SPA 2S7 "Malka"

SPA 2S7 "Malka" now has different range at HE and CM version gun

Weapon 118 203-mm 2A44 FG - range 238

Weapon 229 203-mm 2A44CM - range 220

In my opinion, range should be identical.
