Are you still looking for the new partner Militarist? I am back from my break from Dom3, and I've just started another MP game (on different forum) but I have time for 1 more MP Dom3 game. It would be interesting to try a team game in such unusual format as the one you are in, especially with the partner who knows what he is doing.
Brief info about myself - I have about 6 years of experience in Dom2 and Dom3 MP games. During the last year or two of me actively playing MP Dom3 I've won somewhere between every 3rd to every 2nd veterans-only MP games I've been playing.
