Need help getting to run in win7x64

As in the title I have been able to install winspww2 & winspmbt, but cannot run setsound.exe, spww2.exe or any other exe without an error stating that this version of the file is not compatible with this version of windows...etc.

Any help getting these titles running would be greatly appreciated.
