On map MLRS with big caliber -- Rate of Fire = 4 - 6 and no smoke?!

On map MLRS "MARS", "Uragan" and etc. have Rate of Fire = 4 (Uragan - USSR), 6 (MLRS, MARS - USA, Germany).

In fact this weapon first of all for a volley

, instead of for shooting by single rockets !

Probably because of it is not present smoke above shooting rocket launcher.
Now these MLRS to not detect on smoke.
