This led me to decide that A. I had to scale up my nation and mass produce stuff and B. Tartarians should be nerfed (this was back in cbm 1.4/1.6).

Everyone still loves tarts even with their shattered soul nerf a couple years back. More recently the end game diversity mod allows comparible SCs without forcing one to have uber death levels/death income at end game.
