How to check out a nations's heroes?

Hi,

I've just tried out a custom nation in my last game vs the cpu, the Bretonnians, and had every hero pop up in my game minus the Black Knight. After having discovered that I missed him I was pretty sad

Is there a mod or a command that lets me check out every nation's units and special units?
