Units with nation number 0 in US OOB

Let's get Units and Formations straight first.

There are NO nation zero UNITS in the US OOB and if you had thought to provide an example that would have been clear. The only nation zero UNITS in the US OOB are blank spaces

There are however a number of nation zero FORMATIONS and those are designed to be used by larger formations but not be available individually, and yes we've been doing that for 15+ years but if there were nation zero units in that OOB Andys explanation applies but there is only one re-nationalized unit in the US OOB and that's set to nation 99 and I've left it in only because I don't need the space ATM
