import picture?

Hi! I need some help. I've got a picture of what appears to be a next-generation Leopard MBT saved on a thumb drive. I'm not real savvy with computer-related stuff so I'm looking for a detailed explanation on how to import the image into SPMBT v.8 on another computer, if this can even be done. I'd like to create a futuristic 2020 MBT with this image as the LBM. Thank you in advance for any direction the SPMBT community can provide me with!
