The Camo Worksop are the games
authors. So we run our support forum here, hosted by Shrapnel. A game issue - you ask
us, here. Since we develop the game and therefore deal with technical issues for our games. And your issue was a technical question, not sales related.
Shrapnel are the
publishers for the Camo Workshops games. They run the website, and handle sales and promotion etc. for us
and several other authors. So if say you had a problem with processing your game order - for that you would ask Shrapnel, not Camo Workshop. They know about that side of the business, but not technical game issues.
