If they have it's not in the game. Assuming you own the full version open up ScenHack and goto the search tab and enter a simple text string like

ville

scenario 0172 - 172 Dragon Rouge, Congo 1964 <<< stanleyville, belgium congo* >>>
scenario 0400 - USMC Alpha 1/6 Marjeh 1200h <<< jacksonville, nc crew of 2* >>>
scenario 0473 - Red Dawn: Covering Force 9/88 <<< battle location: rossville, texas* >>>

Jadotville has been brought up though on this forum but only in the context of the movie made about it
