Piaggio P.108 in Italy OOB

Icon 8405 is in Icon0197.shp and is a "single hull" Icon file and there are NO turreted icon in that file and there NEVER HAS BEEN . I have NO idea if you have installed any third party mods either way what you have for Icon0197.shp is NOT the correct file so you may have installed the patches but something has gone wrong with your copy and you need to re-install that last patch at the very least. My OOB's show the same info you posted but that file you have that is showing the turret for 8405 IS NOT the correct one and that is why it shows the turret. What I posted is what I see and Troopie as well it seems

Did you install your patch from Shrapnel or a mirror site ?

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE ICONS BOTH Karagin AND Pibwl CLAIM ARE BORKED ARE IN THAT FILE.
