SEIV Gold

Where can I buy SEIV Gold from? I live in New Zealand and it is not available in the shops. I have looked at a few websites in the US (including Sharpnel's site) and the UK but they all charge an enourmous amount for postage to New Zeland ie about $50 or more equivalent new Zeland dollars. The thing is, I don't mind if it is sent by sea mail and takes a couple of months to get here and long as the postage is cheap! Does anyone know a site where I can get SEIV Gold and also has a cheaper mail option - all the others seem to only have express courier services for overseas mail and that is expensive.
any help would be really appreciated - I am dying to get my hands on SEIV gold, I can safely say that SEIV is the best game i have ever owned
