modding - editing those big .bmp files

Well, it's for the Fantasy based mod I'm working on, so I wouldn't want to add a bunch of non-se4 style art to the Image Mod.

What program are you using, for cut/paste?

Photoshop Elements (ie, the cheap Version), though I don't really know how to use it well...
