SEIV,GC,VGAP: which do you like best?

If only SEIV had cheesy cutscenes from Moo2 like Antarian attack or Elerian spy, it would be the best game ever. Now I have to imagine it all while playing SEIV

I recently bought MOO2 because I knew my old computer wouldn't play MOO3. It was ok. I like the different types of technologies you could get. I'm sure there are SEIV equivalents for most of them, but some of them were very different and I'd like to see a mod that had some of those. Can't remember all of them, however. As far as the others, Galactic Civilizations looks promising, but I haven't seen the demo. I don't anything about the other game that was mentioned.
