That would be way too unbalancing ed, imagine it they could reduce your homeworld to a 5 facility planet in turns, then again it depends what the intelligence is like in seV, it might work if it's different and balnced, but i still think this would be a bad idea unless it was really highly priced! or cost a percentage of your intelligence points like, that would be cool maybe

Really?! IMO there are plenty considering the scale (ship sizes, costs, etc.) However, one of the great things about this game is that you can make as many as you want - up to the technical limits of the game which offhand I don't know. I would guess 255 but I'm sure there is someone here that knows the answer....
