Actually, Plague Bombs are Ship\Base components only... dunno why, they'd make a nice addition to a drone's armament... put one high level plague bomb and a bunch of anti-planet warheads on a drone and if the warheads don't wipe out the colony the plague will soon!

AI Campaigns fighters Target seekers, then again I also raised seekers Weapon Seeker Dmg Res a bit as well.
