It may be suggested; you reopen Warp, start a line of Colonys, and Close the Warps only if danger is absolute

~~~Hint~~~To help insure future relations is good with that Warring AI. Before closing WP, check to see if your enemy AI has a Valid Comm. link to another Volant AI or a much weaker Player then the Enemy AI... If not and you do, then give the Comm. to him.
If true, when your war ends by closing the warp point, it may be likely that AI put his Violent way on the others, and most AI do not like Multiple wars, so when reopened you may have a best freind
