Re: OT - I\'m not a teenager anymore!
A friend of mine once answered the "Teenager again bringing just one discovery with you" question like this:
Quote:
I would tell myself to deal coke, not weed.

With that he both broken up the pretension of the moment and reminded us that seomtimes one discovery isn't going to be enough to change your life.

You do realize, Ed that people will now expect you to start acting normal...
DON'T GIVE IN! Or more likely you will just start acting normal on your own. Pretty soon you'll know your getting old when you look at a bunch of teenagers and think 'man kids are weird these days'

Re: OT - I\'m not a teenager anymore!
i already think most of the world is weird. i mean, who has the most fun of any age group? kids. why? because, among other things, they don't restrict their sense of humor with artificial concepts like 'cool' and 'sophisticated'.

Uh yea OK. Think maybe it has something to do with the fact that they get free room and board from Mom and Dad? Tell little Johnny he has to work 10 hours a day to provide for himself I suspect he'd have a little less fun.

why let the boring parts of your life stop you from enjoying the rest of it?

hehe you don't. Still it's hard to avoid the boring parts. Unless your one of those people who actually has a job they like so much they prefer weekdays over weekends. But I think they are just a myth.
