AT, those people are just being silly. They can run a virus scan on the file if they are that paranoid. And, it is just as easy to embed a virus into a zip or rar file as it is into an exe.

I don't feel like going through all of my downloaded files, as they're so many of them, and most of them are labeled with those numbers that are generated instead of a proper name, and I'd have to go through them again to find out what is in each file. So just be careful in that regard.
