it's more likely the result of 'chance'. by getting a computer, you take a 'chance', that is, you subjected yourself to unkown variables. in this case, the variables consisted of an unreliable company. when the first indications that this was so where presented, you continued to use them.
or in other words, don't blame someone else if you persist in walking through thorn bushes.
