It is not graphical, but should have the data that you could use to build your own.

The problem is, olympic records only give the top 00.00001% or something like that of the population.

for example, NZ army you have to be able to run 2.4k in 10:30

As for jumping off a building or running down an almost-vertical surface, I don't like how the word 'terminal' velocity sounds.

Actually the 'terminal velocity' is not a problem - at least until you reach bottom!

BTW does anyone know if there IS a terminal velocity in AIRLESS conditions?

Terminal velocity only operates in atmospheres. Or so is my understanding of it.
