I've been told by another source, that PBW is not letting people withdraw from games.  |

As far as I know it does let you withdraw. You might get an error when you click the withdraw button, but it's taking you out of the game. If that's incorrect, please let me know.

It only succeeds in removing the player from the game half the time. For example, Sivran had to withdraw from both Adamant 013 and Adamant 014. Only the withdrawal from Adamant 013 was successful.
