Re: What\'s good these days?
SJmod (Gritty Economics) is new too.
I'm playing some test games at the moment...
Leaky shields/armor
resources redefined
maintenance on some facilities
Troops are really really nice (and important).
ship costs go up as the cube of the size, but maintenance is flat-rate independent of size.
Just no AIs, but multiplayer is fun.

Re: What\'s good these days?
Hey hey welcome back. A lot has happened in over the years. More than 250 ship sets, pbw, mods and more mods.
Speaking of mods, SJ can you post more info on this mod your talking about?

Thanks! Yeah, I remember PBW, it was in it's cradle when I left. I haven't really decided if I'm really back yet though, just peeking through the door to see what's what. Will probably pick up a mod or two and give them a whirl and see if I get drawn in again or not.

Re: What\'s good these days?
If you go with Adamant Mod, don't hold your breath on the performance of the AI. It is not spectacular.
I am in the process of writing a *features list* for the mod.
