Outlook is a good program for time managment and reminders. It also works well when spread across several devices like PDA's and Laptops. But like some others here, I still use paper.

I use 2 applications.

the first is Dragonfly by MXac Software (www.mxac.com.au) - this is a "life organizer", with a journal, address book, Calendar, reminders, project organizer, etc. It's a pretty heavy duty app - i've used it about 3 years now and am really happy with it.

The second is Mozilla Sunbird (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/Calendar/) - i use the stand alone Version, but ther'es also an addon for mozilla (and maybe firefox i'm not totally sure). It's a simple Calendar app with at odo list and a day planner type thing. i use it to track thigns that are time sensitive, as dragonfly's not so good at that.

I've also used timeCalendar LE (no website that i know of), but was unimpressed.

get married.

Thats what I did...

Now I am a little more organized.

The only problem is that events seem to pop in with a note that says " I told you about this months ago"

Tesco's system works the best but I combine it with a 5 x 7 notebook I carry around both at work and home.
Pooh Star hung a large Calendar with 3"x3" squares to put notes in. I can never say "You didn't tell me"

Yahoo profiles have a Calendar. It can be programed to email reminders.

Slick's idea works as well. I used a variation on it at one time.

I hate to say it, but the Evil Empire's Outlook is what I use. In combination with a Chapura program that allows me to synchronize my Palm Pilot with Outlook, I have everything (address book and Calendar) all together and available wherever I go (unless I forget the Palm ).
