ROFL! Now that's funny! It's one of the commonest programming goofs of all time, too. He's obviously using a flag and logical bit flip to switch it, either it's OR and it should be XOR or vice versa. Been a while since I used any of this myself.
Simple enough to fix once it's pointed out. Betwen this and the failure to update the ai_designcreation files with the new ECM/Sensor ability names, I think patch 1.20 is in order.
