How do you rename commanders?

Agreed, the rename feature is a very slick little addition. Great flavor. Although for some of the nations (particularly Caelum and Mictlan) I really like the random names the game comes up with.

But it's a true blessing in the Pangaea game I started Last night...since within two turns I had three leaders (my starting Centaur Hierophant, then two other Centaur Commanders) with 6-letter names, all starting with "Pe****"...
