Is Wrath of God supposed to act underwater?
I'm 95% sure it does, just wondered if the Devs intended it this way.

Have you tested it and found it to work? I havent tried because it written in the spell descrip that it cannot be cast underwater. Should I try to test or have you?

Re: Is Wrath of God supposed to act underwater?
I don't think he was referring to casting it underwater, but to having it strike underwater targets.

Perhaps it involves vast schools of giant electric eels?

Sorry, I am an idiot, I thought you meant "wrathful skies", sorry.
Yes, Wrath of God will hurt underwater dwellers.
Lightning strikes the surface of the ocean and anyone swimming too close to said surface will be fried. Water is a great conducter of electricity. Um well this is a fantasy world, right?

Hey, I don't know about your god. But when my god gets wrathful, he gets wrathful!
