it works alot against riffraff units and occasionally vs high mr, kinda random. should ask for the formula i suppose if someone would answer it.
see it as the best damage shield yet no the best damage repellant shield

I believe it had the same effect as luck, which means that 50% of the hits are retransferred, and 50% go through.
