that's great - just be warned that there are only 5 water provinces, so Ryleh might be at a bit of a disadvantage.

Yeah, you do know that we're using the inland map right? Having only 5 water provinces is bad enough, but IIRC only three of those water provinces are connected to one another, and the other two are separate lakes.
