You'll have to delete the existing pretenders. It won't copy over successfully IIRC.

That's only with mosehansen, because he has code to restore the original pretender. Dominions itself allows existing pretenders to be overwritten as many times as desired.
The thing which sometimes has to be deleted is people's directory, if a game is restarted with the same name or they won't see their actual position on the map, but rather their capital on the old map.

Re: MP Game (open) - Cradle/De-celerating Schedule
Um - we do need to decide which Version of Zen's balance mod to use. I think 1.72 is the latest, but people may've uploaded with 1.71. Better to declare a Version and stick with it, in case more minor Versions are forthcoming, in which case people have to keep recreating their pretender and reuploading.
That is, if everyone was happy with going with the pretender balance mod.

Those I've heard from did not have problems, but I have not heard from everyone and am not sure that everyone knows they would need to download the Mod and use it to re-create their Pretenders. Looks as though Calistas went ahead and uploaded a modded Pretender--
is that right Calistas?

Re: MP Game (open) - Cradle/De-celerating Schedule
I don't think any problems will be seen until you try to start the game, at which point there'd be clashes, as pretender #2 was done with 1.71, #1 was without the mod, #3 was 1.72, etc.

Re: MP Game (open) - Cradle/De-celerating Schedule
Someone joined as C'tis, which is fine--but who is it?
I'll start the game once they identify themselves; I don't want to risk an anonymous no-show.

Re: MP Game (open) - Cradle/De-celerating Schedule
Even if C'tis identifies themselves, you're waiting for Vanheim, right?
Once Yvelina is in, if C'tis hasn't been identified in a reasonable amount of time, you might consider deleting C'tis and starting?

Re: MP Game (open) - Cradle/De-celerating Schedule
C'tis is me. I have a previous login here, but I can't remember who it was. (I am not writing it a lot because my English is not good, but hopefully it will improve in the USA). I am 'Patrick' on Mose Hansen server. I will try to be present for the quick turns, and I will do them no problem after they go to 24 hours.
