Small increase? It goes from firing 1 ever 3 combat rounds to firing in 2/3's of the combat rounds. It's a double!

Rosrow: you're missing his distinction between a semicolon (

and a comma (,); he is using the semicolon to distinguish between combat rounds, and the comma to distinguish between quickness actions.
