Harlock has some cd-key issues and can't even go into A.I control. Is there any other way to turn him out of the game
or is restart the only option..?

Sure the host can do it with master password .

Restarting then.. hope this won't be too troubling for the others in game.

EDIT: Do I have to do a new game now or is the game restarting by itself?
