I'd like to play. If you need another.

I suggest random teams to make it a level playing field for those of us, who are rusty or new to the team concept.

Then random order on nation picks, with symmetry for the teams as a whole.

(i.e. team 1 picks first and last
team 2 picks second and next to last etc.)
