Re: Is Aaron Colorblind?
maybe there were Last minute changes to the race pic without the proper updates elsewhere. or perhaps they were describing another image and it was switched to the current one withiout changing the description.

Re: Is Aaron Colorblind?
Wouldn't have been easier to change the race description?

Hey, Yellow/ purple stripes might be really fachionable in 400 yars time. You don't know. I mean, look at the colour combinations that were "in" in the 70s (brown/ orange / bige - *yich*)

Aha!!! Does this mean that all the beta testers are colorblind too?! Nobody spotted this quite obvious bug..
(or does it mean that I'm the only one who's colorblind, and am I just making a fool of myself here??? )

It's not that it hasn't been noticed. It's even been mentioned in the forum before. I just think everybody that did notice it figured it's such a minor thing.
If it bothers you, it's one of the easiest things in this game to fix. Simply edit the AI_general.txt file for the race in question. Problem solved.

for those of you who didn't know, "yich" was a color in the 70s. since most of the world was still in grainy technocolor back then (only having transitioned a couple decades earlier from black and white) you will find alot of obsolete colors that we dont have around anymore.
